Custom portraits

How long does a portrait take?
Custom portraits take around 4 weeks. Your digital portrait is emailed to you, so if it's been 4 weeks, check your spam folder. If it's been longer than 5 weeks, email me for an updated ETA.

Can I get it sooner?
Yes! Add a Digital Fast-Track in the drop down on the portrait product page to get your digital portrait within 1, 3 or 10 business days. Without Fast-Track, you can expect it within 4 weeks.
If you need it by a specific date, email me at info@oddhandco.com before ordering and I'll do my best to make it happen.

When will my printed portrait arrive?
Once you've approved your digital portrait, I aim to have your print shipped within one week.

Can I get my portrait printed?
Yes! Upgrade to an A4 or A3 print in the drop down on the portrait product page.
You can also order a print of any past portrait at any time, with no redraw fee. Order it here and leave your previous order number in the notes.

What size are the portraits?
Portraits are A4 by default. If you'd like a different size, email me and we'll sort it out.

Can I make changes after I see my portrait?
Small changes are no problem, like text updates, background colours and minor tweaks to the artwork.
Changes to the drawing itself (lines, shapes, faces or bodies), or fixes needed because of unclear reference photos or details missing from your order notes, will incur an editing fee.

Can I send a new photo after ordering?
You can! Just keep in mind that a new photo means a full redraw, so a reworking fee of $30 per pet or $40 per person applies.

How do I order a portrait?
Choose a portrait style from the Portraits page, then add your photos and notes on the product page. If the option you're after isn't there, email me!

Can I use my portrait for my business?
Custom portraits are for personal use only. They can't be used as logos, branding, merchandise, promotions or for resale. For commercial use, email me about licensing rates.
My signature must stay on the artwork, and the art can't be altered (including with AI) without my consent.
Prints + shop

Do you offer custom print sizes?
Yes! Email me at info@oddhandco.com to chat about options.

Will the colours match my screen?
Colours can look slightly different in real life because every screen and printing process is a little different. Small variations between prints can happen too.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each print is made to order, I don't accept returns or exchanges. But if something's wrong with your order, email me and we'll sort it out!
Shipping + general

Where do you ship?
I ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Japan and Canada. Apparel can't be shipped to the US.
Shipping is free within Australia on orders over $99, and free internationally on orders over $300.

Can I commission something else?
