Damages and Issues
We want you to be happy with your order! Please inspect your package when it arrives and reach out right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect—we’ll do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom portraits or personalized artwork
- Art prints that have been handled or removed from original packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
- Odd Hand Apparel T-Shirts as they are made to order

Exchanges
Because many of our products are custom-made or limited edition, we don’t offer traditional exchanges. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us—we’ll help however we can.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked. This doesn’t apply to custom or personalized items. Returned items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process it.
