Custom Portraits

What’s the turnaround time for a portrait?

Custom portraits take around 4 weeks. If it has been 4 weeks since you ordered check your email spam folder for your portrait! If it has been longer than 5 weeks feel free to reach out for an updated ETA.

Need it sooner?

I can accomodate tight turn around requests (1 Business Day or 3 Business Day turnaround). If you want it earlier you will need to add on the fast-track option in the drop down of the portrait product page. If you don't purchase the Fast Track Add-On you can expect it within 3 weeks. 

Want your portrait printed?

You can upgrade your custom portrait to a printed version (A4 of A3) in the drop down on the portrait product page.
Note: You can order a printed version of any past portrait at any time - no redraw fee needed! Order HERE. Just leave your previous order number in the notes section on the product page.

Can I request edits?

Edits involving changes to form (such as lines, shapes, faces or bodies) or revisions resulting from unclear reference images or missing details in your original note will incur an additional editing fee. 

Can I make changes to my portrait?

If you’ve selected a revision option, you can request small changes after receiving your proof. This includes things like text updates, background colours and minor tweaks to the artwork.

Want to switch to a completely different photo reference? No problem, but this means your portrait needs to be redrawn from scratch. A reworking fee applies: $30 per pet or $40 per person.

Can I send a new photo after ordering?

You can! Just keep in mind that a new photo = a full redraw.
A reworking fee of $30 per pet or $40 per person will apply.

What if I selected no revisions?

If you selected no revisions, your portrait is created and delivered as a final piece. No changes can be made after.

If you’re unsure, we definitely recommend choosing the revision option on the product page when ordering under Revisions.

What size are the portraits?

Portraits are A4 by default, but if you’d like a different size, get in touch and we can sort it out.

How do I order a portrait?

I’m currently taking portrait commissions via this website. Click the Custom Portraits link at the top of the page. If the option you’re after isn’t available, please DM or email me!

ODD MAIL: Sticker Club

When will I receive my first letter? 

Odd Mail is sent at the beginning of each following month. If you join during a month (for example, in February), your first letter will be sent at the beginning of the following month (March) for the February theme. 

This helps us pack and send all Sticker Club orders together so everyone receives their goodies at the same time.

Art Prints

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes! If you’re after a specific size, reach out via DM on Instagram or email to discuss options.

Printing Disclaimer

Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitors and printing processes. Small variations can also occur between prints.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each print is made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if there’s an issue with your order, email me and we’ll sort it out!
