How long does it take to receive my print?

Each print is made to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for printing and shipping. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on its way!

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes! If you’re after a specific size, reach out via DM on Instagram or email to discuss options.

Printing Disclaimer

Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitors and printing processes. Small variations can also occur between prints.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each print is made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if there’s an issue with your order, email me and we’ll sort it out!

What’s the turnaround time for a portrait?

Custom portraits take around 2 weeks, but if you need a faster turnaround, DM me and I’ll see if I can fit you in ASAP.

Can I request edits?

Absolutely! I’m happy to make tweaks and adjustments to get it just right. Just reach out via email or Instagram DM.

What size are the portraits?

Portraits are 8x10 by default, but if you’d like a different size, get in touch and we can sort it out.

How do I order a portrait?

I’m currently taking portrait commissions via the website. If the option you’re after isn’t available, please DM or email me!
